Design of NEUE HERBOLD Two Shaft Shredders
A special characteristic of the two shaft shredder of the ZRM Series are the low-speed shafts. They can be driven electrically or hydraulically.
The shafts overlap each other – thus ensure a quick size-reduction process. To optimize the material feeding, the shredder can be equipped with a hydraulic pressure-stamp.

The machines of our ZRM series – also called two shaft shredder – are preferably used for pre-size-reduction of large quantities of materials or bulky parts.
A user-friendly loading of films, car tires, tangled heaps of granulare material or drums… is made possible through a side loading door.
Advantages of NEUE HERBOLD Two Shaft Shredders
With a working width of up to 1,000 mm and a hydraulically retractable side flap. The loading of the machine is to a large extent without danger, and leads to an increased user comfort.
